Mob pdef, evasion, accuracy, crit stats fix. Off-hand accuracy, main-hand attack stats fix. Player pdef, accuracy, evasion, parry, block stats correction. Fixed gathering skill not saving on levelup. Access level will be defined in this table too (admin column in players table will be deleted) - from 0 to 3. New column in account_data table - membership, that allows to define regular/premium accounts. Known issue - if account data is cached - updates in db will not be visible till server restart, also commands //promote //demote are not working anymore (will be done later). removed "admin" column from players, access level is taken from LS table and stored in account.
